Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role requires attentiveness to client needs and a commitment to maintaining high-quality system performance. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly, ensuring clear communication, and facilitating effective resolutions. They work diligently to uphold the reliability and efficiency of world-class systems, fostering strong relationships with clients through consistent support and proactive problem management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
