Job Description

• Leads the direction and design of platforms including, but not limited to, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, IDP and other technologies to assess, test, and implement new capabilities that support various lines of business in a scalable fashion.
• Forecast solutions and direction in developing, configuring, testing, and implementing processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
• Forecast solutions and direction in support, root cause analysis, and debugging for a specific automation or tool to meet SLA.
• Ensure feasibility of business requirements and turn them into automation solutions.
• Anticipates future changes and ensures compliance (with CoE standards, guidelines, leading practices, security, and risk management), change management, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years as a Business or Systems Analysts and/or Process Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
• High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
• Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Process Management – process mining, design and/or data analysis
• Agile or Lean Six Sigma approaches, frameworks, delivery experience
• Experience with working in Information Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Operational Excellence is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
