We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable employment laws.

You’ll spend time on the following: (but is not limited to): 

• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer performance management processes to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.
• Administer compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Maintain HR records and compile reports from the database as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in e-commerce organisations.
• Advanced knowledge of HR software and tools.
