Job Description:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Experience in LATAM is preferred;
• Mandatory Fluent in written and oral in English & Spanish
• Mandatory Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization – industry or consultant companies (eg: Deloitte, EY, KPMG). Multi sector experience preferred.
• Mandatory Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills – LEAN certificate (e.g Green, Black or 6sigma certificate) + Project management (PMBOK, FPX, PROSCI)
• Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills.
• Strong at challenging status quo and pragmatic approach to escalate issues, demonstrate financial impact and navigate between different hierarchical levels Proactive approach and ability to persuade and influence others in a multicultural environment and work with cross functional teams
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the E2E SC
• Good communication skills on all levels (bottom up & top down)
