As an Inside Team Supervisor supporting the Inside Sales Team, you will be trusted to drive and develop Inside Sales operations at a country or cluster level to meet and exceed sales performance targets working from our location in Mechelen.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive Inside Sales operations and align with country strategy.
  • Managing a higher-level customer portfolio using a consultative selling approach via voice, chat, text, and email.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and motivating the ISA and DxA teams to achieve set targets.
  • Designing and developing sales cadences/plays with associated reporting and analysis.
  • Providing insights and feedback from stakeholder interactions, escalating risks and opportunities as needed.
  • Executing business plans and driving achievement of sales targets for assigned customers over the phone and virtually by utilizing remote sales applications.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Business/Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales/team management and full prior exposure to sales techniques.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Dutch. French is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Strong communication skills (voice, chat, text, and email), problem-solving, customer management, influencing, negotiating, and collaboration skills.
  • Behaviors: Proven leadership skills, ability to build rapport at all levels, strong organizational skills, and a logical and analytical approach.
