The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Claremont, NH. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office or hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include all aspects of renewal management/retention, account rounding, upselling, and cross selling.

  • Managing a small business division book of business approximately $1.5M in premium.

  • Interact and create relationships with producers, and carriers

Qualifications:

  • Formal education in the form of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Must be licensed

  • Independent and self motivated thinker and ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

  • Strong written &  verbal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
