Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance activities to enhance system reliability and efficiency, while documenting processes and solutions to improve operational workflows. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that production systems operate smoothly and meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. - Experience with application server configuration and management. - Strong understanding of deployment processes and methodologies. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
