About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Ethernet Switch (ETH) to lead and coordinate platform-level Ethernet switch programs across multiple ECU domains.
This role will act as a single point of contact for ETH Switch initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across architects, ECU teams, product stakeholders, and integration teams, while driving program execution, requirement alignment, and delivery transparency.
What You Will Do
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for ETH Switch across multiple domains
- Drive alignment with:
- Technology owners
- Architects
- ECU development teams
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions for:
- Feature prioritization
- Dependency resolution
- Release commitments
- Provide clear communication of program status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
Technical Requirement Coordination
- Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of requirements from ECU programs
- Ensure:
- End-to-end traceability (System → Software → Architecture → Testing)
- Alignment with platform standards and reuse strategies
- Collaborate with architects and domain experts to:
- Clarify complex or ambiguous requirements
- Balance platform vs project-specific needs
- Drive requirement maturity for PI planning and release execution
Dashboard & Program Tracking
- Define and maintain KPI-driven dashboards covering:
- Delivery milestones and release status
- Quality metrics (defects, validation effectiveness)
- Productivity (velocity, throughput)
- Risk and dependency tracking
- Enable:
- Real-time visibility for management
- Data-driven decision making
- Interface with existing KPI dashboards and reporting systems
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Product Managers and Product Owners
- System and architecture teams
- ECU development teams
- Validation and integration teams
- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple domains and delivery units
What You Need to Be Successful
Core Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical complexity into management insights
- Proven experience in program governance and delivery tracking
- Analytical mindset with focus on KPIs and data-driven decisions
Technical Understanding
- Good understanding of:
- Automotive ECU development lifecycle
- Ethernet-based automotive systems
- Exposure to:
- AUTOSAR concepts
- Ethernet Switch architecture and communication stacks (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of software development and integration processes
Tools & Methods
- Dashboarding & reporting tools (Power BI / internal systems)
- Requirement tools (DOORS / DNG)
- Agile frameworks (SAFe, PI Planning)
- Basic exposure to automotive tools and integration environments (preferred)

- 9–12 years of experience in:
