Responsibilities:

Sales, Revenue, Account Management & Business Planning

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Implement effective sales methodologies to ensure consistent progress.

  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Attend regular sales and revenue forecasts review with the company’s management team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, order fulfilment, finance, customer service, regulatory affair etc. to align strategies, leverage resources, and enhance overall customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the industry. Ensure high customer satisfaction for the company's products and service.

Distributor Management

  • Act as a formal channel to communicate with distributors on sales and service-related matters in assigned territory.

  • When required by business, act as territory manager for market where Elekta has no direct presence.

Marketing

  • Initiate, coordinate, organize and execute Elekta’s marketing activities in assigned territory.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics within the industry.

  • Monitor and report any meaningful macro/microenvironment change. Interpret, analyse and recommend any potential action to counteract and capture further opportunity.

  • Collect and report market intelligence. Submits monthly reports detailing activities, sales, volumes, and expenses. Alert head of sales / management of any potential upside/downside and/or any foreseeable change in the marketplace. Make recommendations in accordance with the outlook.

Commercial Excellence & Compliance

  • Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the highest ethical standards of the company.

  • Observe and abide by company & sales policy including all procedures regarding the collection of payments, processing customer orders and delivery of quotations and products to customers.

  • Responsible for a well-maintained and updated database of all customers and prospects in CLM.

Others

  • Perform other related and reasonable duties as assigned by senior management.

  • Incorporate Elekta Values and quality systems into all department functions and responsibilities.

Authorities

  • Provide quotations and proposals in line with Company’s Sales Policy.

  • Carry out marketing / promotional activities at the pre-agreed & approved budget.

  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in engineering, science, or healthcare.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and account management, preferably in medical device industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and driven to achieve excellence.

  • Able to work under pressure in a cross-functional environment.

  • Able to work with distribution partners to deliver sales and revenue results.

  • Excellent in spoken and written English, preferably also in Vietnamese.

  • Ability to travel, as much as 50% of time domestically and internationally.
