What you can expect

We are seeking a senior leader that has expertise in leading go-to-market planning and field sales operations within a SaaS revenue operations function. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional business planning and execution of revenue operations initiatives to maximize revenue growth and efficiency. This involves overseeing the development and implementation of sales strategies, performance metrics, and operational processes to support the sales team's goals.

About the Team

We are looking for a candidate to lead sales operations and business planning teams. The role requires exceptional leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of sales operations and planning. Additionally, must oversee the cross-functional planning process and promote collaboration for business success. Key responsibilities include managing annual and semi-annual sales readiness. What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in sales strategy/sales operations & sales
  • Have SaaS and Technology experience
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Be a Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment
  • Have consultative skills with business acumen
  • Change management experience
  • Have the ability and aptitude to work within various medium to coach & develop teams and individuals
  • Able to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems to improve workflow
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
  • Be willing to travel both domestically and abroad
  • Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$173,900.00

Maximum:

$380,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
