Our DXC IT Outsourcing services provides customers with reliable, optimized and secure mission-critical systems at lower cost. We manage and simplify existing infrastructure investments and provide a way forward to modernize IT, including moving portions to the cloud.

LO QUE HARÁS: en este puesto tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Ofrecer soporte técnico fundamental en servicios de infraestructura, proporcionando asistencia en tareas rutinarias.
• Ayudar con proyectos y asignaciones de infraestructura.
• Participar en la monitorización básica y la resolución de problemas rutinarios de los sistemas de infraestructura.
• Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para abordar los retos de la infraestructura y las tareas operativas diarias.
• Apoyar la creación y el mantenimiento de la documentación de la infraestructura.
• Desarrollar y mejorar las habilidades técnicas a través de la experiencia práctica.
• Mostrar entusiasmo por aprender y adquirir experiencia en servicios de infraestructura.
• Seguir las mejores prácticas y estándares establecidos en la prestación de servicios de infraestructura.

QUIÉN ERES
Calificaciones Mínimas:

• Licenciatura en un campo relevante o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia
• Normalmente, más de 1 año de experiencia laboral relevante
• Experiencia demostrada en análisis de tecnología de infraestructura
• Dominio del análisis de datos y conocimientos técnicos
• Un aprendiz continuo que se mantiene al día con el conocimiento y la tecnología del sector
