This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the local sales strategy for the Motion market in Switzerland. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) of customer assets through our service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.
This is a pivotal role for ABB's success in Switzerland. We want a sales professional with profound experience in service and end-user sales who thrives on customer-centricity and ensures growth by collaboration. If you’re ready to execute, and achieve significant goals, this is your stage.

This role is contributing to the success of the local divisions Services and High Power in Switzerland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. As well as participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.
Developing and maintaining a high-quality IB management system by setting related targets and providing guidance/coaching to others to execute accordingly.
Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in drives and motors technology and enjoy working with end-users in different industries and stages (green/brown field)
You have a total of 7+ years of proven experience in Sales and Service (preferably in project-type business)
Strong motivation to lead self and others - Direct or indirect leadership experience is
advantageous
You are knowledgeable in critical electrical drive and motor applications and the Life Cycle Management of such assets
A higher degree in sales and/or engineering
Professional, effective communication and negotiation skills. High level of motivation, self-drive
and “can-do” mentality
Fluent in German and English, French and Italian as an advantage, any other language as
a bonus
