Join us as a Logistics Operations Manager (LOM) and play a pivotal role in shaping world-class supply chain solutions.
In this position, you'll lead the inbound transportation of capital equipment from global origins via air and ocean freight, while ensuring seamless warehousing operations for safe, efficient receipt, storage, and delivery. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, optimize supplier performance and deliver innovative logistics strategies that support our business objectives and delight our customers.
This role is pivotal in driving Operational Excellence, ensuring flawless execution by monitoring supplier performance against key metrics and contractual commitments.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, the LOM will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to continuously enhance service, optimize costs, and improve quality for capital transportation and warehouse operations.
The position also involves developing innovative logistics solutions aligned with business needs.
The LOM will work closely with the capital coordination team to manage inbound flows of capital equipment, meeting customer requirements, on time delivery performance and supporting organizational objectives.
Additionally, the role will engage with suppliers to evolve service offerings and deliver strategic improvements.
Please note, this position is available on a fixed-term contractual basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing).
6+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost and operational data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Proven track record in problem-solving, quality improvement, and cost reduction through data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business or a technical discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing).
Experience managing logistics for capital equipment or oversized/out-of-gauge shipments.
