The work:

As a Process Architect, you are responsible for being an expert in and managing components of our tools, methodology and processes, working to elevate and simplify them according to our team goals (i.e. integrated ways of working, wide scale adoption, impact). This role is responsible for developing the How of the Relationship Management offering & working closely with the Offering Leads & Advisors who are responsible for the Why & What.

You will

  • Drive adoption and optimization of relationship management tools, including Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Offering Leads and Service Offering Advisors to align initiatives with strategy and communicate benefits.
  • Link business strategies to relationship initiatives and enhancements and measure success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to global senior leaders, enabling deeper client relationships with efficient relationship management through tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Gather client insights to address complex challenges collaboratively.
  • Develop training materials, facilitate workshops and provide demonstrations to enhance awareness and adoption.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal teams (Application Architecture, Analytics, Sales Operations, Change Management) to ensure effective use of tools and processes.
  • Engage with Sales Excellence, sales leadership, and teams to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements.
  • Design, manage, and optimize practitioner workflows.
  • Launch and integrate programs into the Relationship Offering, Sales Excellence, and Accenture.
  • Create tools, dashboards, and enablers to improve relationship management and tracking.
  • Transform MMS and other tools into a seamless relationship/contact experience.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and adopt predictive tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance impact.
  • Partner with CIO and external vendors to explore opportunities and lead diverse project teams.

Here’s what you need:

  • Excellent project management skills, ability to work independently, propose solutions to problems, and implement feedback
  • Passion for new technology, tools and innovation to evolve ways of working
  • Strong experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (xls specifically), and other relationship centric tools
  • Experience with writing GenAI prompts and confidence to fail and iterate
  • An open mind to learn, collaborate, jump into projects, and train others for wide-scale adoption
  • Passion for analytics, insight and data driven results and Impact
  • Proven track record of operational program management in a fast-moving, agile environment
  • Experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of application development lifecycle
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong English language fluency (oral and written) - for clear communication and conducting training in English
  • Comfortable working with and adding value to all levels of the organization, including leadership. 

Extra credit if you have:

  • Sales enablement-related background
  • Demonstrated experience working in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to adjust working hours as needed to collaborate effectively within a global organization while maintaining balance.
