The candidate will be heading the Marketing function of Nanyang Executive Education (NEE) and in charge of marketing the NEE brand and programs.

The role requires the candidate to design a holistic marketing plan that encompasses both B2B and B2C programs for the local and overseas markets, where feasible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Management, including developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the whole of NEE

  • Offline and Digital Marketing, including integration of online and offline marketing efforts, leading digital campaigns, managing NEE website and content marketing, as well as overseeing external agencies to ensure optimal service levels and KPIs

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration, including mentoring a small team of marketing professionals and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

  • Data-Driven Decision Making, including monitoring, analysing and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns, and using analytics to adjust strategies and maximising ROI

  • Budget Management, including developing and managing marketing budget and allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact

  • Brand Management, including ensuring brand consistency and explore innovative ways to increase brand visibility and engagement  

Competencies and Qualification Requirements

  • A good bachelor’s degree, with at least 8 years’ working experience, preferably in the executive education/CET, or digital marketing agencies.

  • A proven track record in developing and managing the marketing plan of an organisation

  • Ability to work independently, as well as inter-dependently, within a team, and across teams

  • Self-starter and problem-solver, who is adaptable to a changing environment, and able to proactively address any challenges that may arise

  • Good business acumen, with solid understanding of the digital marketing tools and metrics

  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Displays leadership skills and takes interest in nurturing and coaching younger members of the team

  • Customer-oriented disposition, with excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to work with all levels of staff and management
