As a pivotal leader in our successful MedTec company, the Commercial Leader will drive commercial execution excellence. This role involves setting the organizational framework, enhancing internal capabilities, adopting an omni-channel go-to-market strategy, and aligning with global functions to ensure a cohesive approach across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing and coordinating local sales, marketing, and promotional activities.

  • Acting as the primary liaison between the country organization and global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

  • Developing a data-driven sales approach, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining compliance with the company’s framework.

  • Utilizing finance expertise to contribute to the annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against KPIs, and develop business cases for key local activities/projects.

  • Lead the implementation of the CX business plan, ensuring the right resources are in place to execute on the CX strategy across the various stages of the customer and product lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop business cases for key local activities/ projects

  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex potential accounts to build key relationships at local and national levels

  • Coordinate the engagement of own organization with the customer organization to ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar area, a MBA degree is an asset

  • Extraordinary people leader who is able to creat a vision and a feeling of belonging as well as a robust and future ready organisation.

  • Extensive experience in Business Management and Commercial Exp. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in Med Tech/ Pharma Sales, General Management, or Commercial Operations is required. A proven track record as a business leader in growth, price excellence, innovation, turn-around, and cost-cutting business environments is highly desirable.

  • Personal Competencies: The candidate should demonstrate the ability to balance stakeholders' needs, cultivate innovation, develop talent, adapt to different situations, have business insight, possess financial acumen, effectively plan and align work, be interpersonally savvy, manage complexity, maintain a customer focus, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Profound knowledge of policy, procedures, and regulations in France. Strong customer interaction skills, excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to negotiate strategically and tactically.

  • Proven track record as a business leader in growth, price excellence, innovation, turn-around and cost cutting business environments.

  • IT skills including proficiency in MS Office, CRM, SAP, and other relevant software systems is expected.

  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is considered an asset.
