Description:

Clinical Pharmacy Manager Lead

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager Lead will develop and lead a team of Clinical Pharmacy Managers. Oversee teaching, patient care and research activities for the clinical pharmacy group at one of the world’s premier academic hospitals. Work with team to develop, implement and report results for quality improvement and cost-effective programs. Oversee the preparation of background information, literature reviews, reports, and agendas.  Supervise staff and provide guidance related to professional development, career goals and growth. Participate in the hiring, discipline and evaluation of all direct reports.

Preferred Criteria:

3 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager/Specialist

Required Criteria:

  • Graduate of an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy
  • A related Masters or Doctoral Level Academic degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • New York State licensure as a pharmacist or eligibility for New York State licensure required. Must receive New York State license within 3 months of employment.

$179,000-$264,500/Annual
