About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Delivery Lead – Product Management to support money movement products within Wealth and Investment Management.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management

  • Maintain and update a 6-quarter roadmap aligned with WIM Portfolio priorities; ensure epics are accurately represented in Jira.

  • Define, document, and manage both incoming and outgoing dependencies; secure commitment on scope and sequencing.

  • Oversee release health, complete ECM assessments, and obtain necessary approvals

  • Identify and escalate blockers impacting product health; proactively manage issues.

  • Provide timely and comprehensive product-level reporting (weekly Key Initiatives Status, Release Summary).

  • Act as liaison with WIM Portfolio Management and Transformation Office; share best practices and feedback.

  • Ensure Change Management compliance for the product, maintain accurate Product Registry, and facilitate monthly Cabinet meetings.

  • Represent the product in enterprise forums, promote best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement

  • Deliver oversight of projects that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment

  • Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps and dependencies across multiple teams.

  • Experience working with JIRA

  • Understanding of Enterprise Change Management

  • Experience building and maintaining Power Points to track initiative status and showcase iterative progress to senior leaders.

  • Expert in leading stakeholder discussions to resolve impediments

  • Familiarity with enterprise governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., ECM).
