Summary: As a Software Development Lead in Test Automation Engineering, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve leading the development of test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development of test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, and ensure high-quality software delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. - Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other test automation tools like Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. - Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Solid grasp of programming languages like Java, Python, etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
