We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon to join a high-demand, community-based orthopedic program within a leading integrated health system in the Rochester, NY region.

This is a true subspecialty shoulder opportunity with immediate surgical volume, strong regional referral demand, and priority access to OR block time and ambulatory surgery centers. The practice is structured to support a shoulder-dominant surgical focus with high procedural efficiency and long-term clinical growth potential.

Practice Model

Candidate Profile

  • Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Shoulder & Elbow Surgery strongly preferred
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Expertise in shoulder arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and complex reconstruction
  • Interest in high-volume subspecialty practice development
  • Eligible for NYS medical licensure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
