Job Description:

Job Summary

As the Revenue Enablement Specialist, you are part of the Benelux Marketing Department. You drive profitability activities at country level and support the company’s objectives by ensuring acceptable profitability across the entire customer base. You manage the execution of commercial growth initiatives and provide the right visibility to leadership through standard as well as adhoc reporting and analysis. You also play a key role in developing insights about business results and the resulting outlook.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and improve pricing strategies, manage activation
  • Evaluate new services pricing and accessorials
  • Manage annual rate change, promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate, execute and measure results of commercial initiatives
  • Develop and run regular and adhoc reporting & analysis
  • Review customer profitability and review pricing strategy with stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, MKT leadership, manage implementation and communication with Sales team
  • Support on pricing analysis and approvals where applicable
  • Act as point of contact for pricing teams and Sales team for strategic discussions, training…
  • Obtain customer behaviour data from internal data sources as needed to facilitate analysis and reporting.
  • Develop insights about business results based on different sources
  • Present insights and results to leadership

What you'll need:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree – preferably Marketing or Business Science with 1 year of work experience.
  • You have a high degree of accuracy, eye for detail and quality and feel accountable for your area of responsibility
  • You demonstrate strong numerical, analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Your solid technical skills in MS Excel and Access are a great plus.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and communicating to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • You have good presentation/communication skills (oral and written).
  • You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or French are an advantage).
