The Data & Analytics team within MVHI plays a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business success. We are looking for a passionate Delivery Manager to ensure seamless operations within our agile teams, optimise processes, and enhance overall service delivery.

About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee and drive the efficiency of operational functions within the Data & Analytics Team. We are looking for someone that can align ways of working across our D&A teams which have just centralised into a single team.

You will lead multiple agile scrum teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, alignment of operational processes, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, strategic agility, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agile scrum teams, ensuring effective sprint planning and backlog management.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Oversee operational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment between operational functions and project deliverables.
• Identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Drive portfolio management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain documentation, governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Craft stakeholder communications and proactively manage change initiatives.
• Support team collaboration through engagement and effective use of tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or equivalent experience (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in agile team management, operations, or project/program management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in scaling agile methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
