Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Incident Lifecycle Coordinator to support the end-to-end management of infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle. This role plays a key part in maintaining service stability by coordinating incident response activities, supporting troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in infrastructure services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support within infrastructure services, responding to incidents and assisting in resolution activities.
  • Coordinate and track incidents across their full lifecycle, ensuring proper escalation and follow-up.
  • Support infrastructure-related projects and operational tasks under supervision.
  • Participate in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address infrastructure issues and maintain service quality.
  • Maintain accurate incident logs, documentation, and reporting records.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to support the identification and resolution of issues.
  • Follow established incident management processes, best practices, and service delivery standards.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure support, incident management, or related areas.
  • Experience in infrastructure technology analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Continuous learner with interest in infrastructure operations and incident management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field (a plus).
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • CompTIA Security+
    • Cisco CCENT
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
