Job Description:

The position performs general administrative responsibilities, handles small-scale projects, and manages day-to-day office duties while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-Time Permanent

Work Location: 5960 Ferguson RD, Richmond, BC V7B 1M6, Canada

Workdays: Monday through Friday (5 days a week)

Shift Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Hourly Wage: $17.85/hr.

Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week to be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and compile information using various software tools

  • Accurately enter data into UPS systems within specified deadlines

  • Perform general office tasks, including word processing, data entry, auditing documents  and distributing mail

  • Manage scheduling activities such as reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and answering phone calls

  • Assist with small-scale projects and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks

  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software 

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong multitasking skills 

  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work flexible shift hours and work 5 days per week
