In this role, you will be responsible for achieving supply chain results and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. Reporting to the Manager, Business Operations, your role will be key in supporting the fast-growing video business. Key responsibility will be to drive solution-oriented decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners (both internal and external) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be working closely with the plant operations team to ensure that commitments given to customers are accurate and on time. You will contribute to the company’s overall order management strategy to help ensure we have a seamless and efficient end to end process.
· Act as a liaison between Customer Order Management, Plant Operations, Planning and Warehouse & Logistics to ensure all orders are shipped as promised
· Review daily backlog and identify any potential misses in shipment dates
· Coordinate lead times with Production Planner to ensure all delivery dates are provided and accurate
· Collaborate with Customer Order Management team to prioritize orders to meet customer expectations
· Attend scheduled meetings to identify any upcoming shortages which will impact customer orders and communicate information to Management
· Act as the point of contact for all escalations and expedite requests from Customer Order Management team, Sales and Customers
· Participate and / or lead continuous improvement projects to decrease the order to cash fulfilment cycle including process automation and digitization
· Resolve critical customer and business issues
