Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software components you develop are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Should have knowledge & Experience on SAP Best Practices in SAP PP / PP-PI (Process industries) with technical implementation experience - Conduct requirements gathering workshops and design to-be business processes - Should independently work with technical team on new requirements/change requests - Lead the effort to design build and configure SAP PP / PP-PI acting as the primary point of contact - Experience on working in agile methodologies /activities Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have SAP PP in a full cycle implementation/rollout work experience as well as in support projects - Good to have designing and configuring PP / PP-PI modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules QM/MM experience is an asset -Good communication, written, oral and interpersonal skills. Good Analytics skills. - Ability to work with databases and data management tools. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
