Joining our IT Learning Development Program is an opportunity to start your career in a place where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are welcomed and you are supported to grow. Over twenty four months, you will rotate across our IT organisation, gaining exposure to a range of teams, technologies and projects that shape how we enable the business and support our people. This is a role for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in technology with space to explore, learn and make an impact.

What will you be doing?
You will begin a journey through three eight month rotations, each designed to immerse you in different areas of our global IT organisation. One rotation may see you collaborating with business support teams to solve everyday technology challenges. Another may place you alongside our security or architecture teams, learning how we protect and shape our digital landscape. You will work closely with managers and team leads, build genuine relationships across functions, share ideas and learnings, and present your progress to senior leaders. As you move through the program, you will have the chance to influence how we do things, discover your strengths and understand where you want to take your career next.

What will you need to be successful?
Success in this program is about curiosity, perseverance and the confidence to share your ideas. You will thrive if you are eager to learn, ready to collaborate and comfortable stepping into new and varied environments.

• A foundation in IT, engineering or technology, with graduation completed or expected in 2026
• Strong digital skills and a desire to keep developing them
• Clear communication, independent thinking and the ability to work well within a team
• A proactive, problem solving mindset and enthusiasm to find new ways of doing things
