Position Summary
The 10-week, paid internship program is an opportunity to expand your knowledge of financial systems strategy. This role will support our ongoing financial transformation program aimed at enhancing our financial operations by leveraging technology and automation across ERP, FP&A, HRMS, AP, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Finance Transformation lead and others in the finance and IT department, assisting in data collection, data analysis, and the creation of draft reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
This role will be based in New York, NY with frequent travel to New Hyde Park, NY.

Primary Responsibilities
· Assist in gathering financial and operational data from various sources
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
· Create and maintain accurate records of data sources, analysis methodologies, and findings
· Develop draft reports and presentations in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to summarize findings
· Assist in mapping current financial processes and identifying gaps and areas for consolidation.
· Support the finance transformation team across additional ad hoc projects
Qualifications
· Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating between Winter 2025 – Summer 2026
· Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables and data visualization
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create clear and professional presentations
· Demonstrated track record of academic success and/or professional pursuits
· High degree of personal and professional maturity
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Intellectual curiosity and confidence to take initiative
· Exceptional work ethic and a deep sense of accountability
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
· Interest in wealth management

The base pay for this role is $20/hour.
