As a Product Technical Training Specialist, your main tasks include the following:

• Plan, design, and provide technical and operator training to our external & internal stakeholders
• Conduct live trainings session in person or virtually.
• Develop and create training materials, manuals
• Develop training aids, demonstration models for hands-on training and classroom handouts.
• Create simulator training package and curriculum for simulator-based training.
• Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to stay current on product changes and updates.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs, track data and prepare monthly reports.
• Customize training content based on audience needs, roles, and skill levels.
• Identify and assess training requirements by evaluating the weaknesses and strengths.
• Design annual training programs and prepare coaching plans.

Your profile

You have a suitable technical education (e.g. B.Sc., Diploma, Degree) with relevant work experience in training, competency development and technical support on Load & Haul equipment. Since you act as a technical and operator trainer, you also possess knowledge of mining environment, Load & Haul application along with technical knowledge in electrics, hydraulics, and powertrain. You have a good understanding of both training tools & methods. You also have extensive know-how of learning principles, design, develop, implement, evaluate training plans curriculum and instructional design theory.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Product Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for our products. This role is critical in ensuring that customers, partners, and internal teams gain the skills and confidence to use our solutions effectively and efficiently.
