Job Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and delivery of contracted client facing reports and data requests
- Contribute to the team’s initiatives to streamline existing processes and transform manual processes into scalable workflows
- Work with Sales and Account Management teams to support their new client and upsell opportunities
- Work with the team to identify trends in our datasets that inform our internal partners in ways that help them make data driven business decisions
- Develop expertise in the underlying data to support analyzing and interpreting the data
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and operations
- 2+ years of client facing or product support experience required
- Demonstrated understanding of good data transformation and analytics processes
- Solid MSSQL or Snowflake query skills, including the ability to write high performing queries on large datasets
- 1+ years of experience with ETL tools and processes, preferably Alteryx
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Strong focus on team collaboration
- Ability to understand business requirements and apply technical skills to meet those requirements
- Willingness to commit to a culture of continuous improvement
- Amenable to work on Night shift
- Amenable onsite in Mckinley Taguig in hybrid set up
