We are looking for a dynamic leader to build and manage our EMEA Investments Sales organization across the Private Bank, Wealth at Work and Consumer channels. This individual should have significant experience in leading teams, driving transformation, driving product sales and ultimately, delivering a best-in-class client experience. 
This role will manage multiple teams across various specialties including Alternatives, Markets, Advisory, Institutional and Consumer focused Portfolio Consultants. An in-depth knowledge of the investments industry across traditional portfolio management, alternatives and capital markets is required to be successful in this role as well as an understanding of how to scale the solutions for this client base. 
A strong grasp of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary. Responsible for executing functional strategy in area managed. Determines approach to implementing functional strategy. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). Impact reflects size of team managed, strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions or businesses. Full management responsibility for multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.  This role will report directly into the Global Head of Investment Solutions for Citi Wealth Management.

Responsibilities:
•    Work closely with our Bankers, ICs and Financial Advisors, Regional Management and clients. The person who fills this roll must have knowledge of Investments including Citi Investment Management (equity and fixed income strategies), Traditional 3rd Party equity and fixed income strategies, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.  It is also important that this individual has experience specifically with Capital Markets strategies (structured notes, OTC, hedging, etc.) The successful candidate must be comfortable with problem solving and creating suitable and scalable solutions for clients. Preferably, this candidate will be someone with in depth knowledge of the various Investment strategies offered in EMEA. Strong sales and product skills are required. In addition, a high degree of professionalism, passion for client service, and the ability to develop new business are essential.
•    The role will require teamwork and proactive leadership. This team member will be required to build deep relationships with regional management across all channels.  The role requires the individual to launch product campaigns, educating internal and external audiences. The individual will lead a sales effort in their region and support all ongoing sales efforts.  The individual will proactively collect feedback from the region and share it with their product partners as well as Sales colleagues with the goal of thoughtfully improving future product offerings.
•    Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
•    15+ years of experience

•    Excellent sales skills - ability to demonstrate relevant solutions to clients and prospects.
•    Knowledge of investment products
•    Attention to detail, proactive leadership, and strong follow-up skills.
•    Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
•    Success in building new organizations and navigating large complex organizations.
•    The ability to effectively deal with people at all levels - internal as well as clients, excellent interpersonal skills.
Education:
•    Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
