About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Process and Operations Transformation (POT) team, contributing to the reengineering and optimization of critical business processes across HPEFS. Although based in India, this role supports transformation initiatives globally and may focus on projects across any region, including APJ, EMEA, and the Americas.
As a high-impact individual contributor, you will apply Lean Six Sigma, process mining, and intelligent automation to identify opportunities, re-design inefficient workflows, and drive measurable improvements. You will work closely with a global network of process leaders and report to the head of Process Re-engineering, contributing both thought leadership and executional depth to transformation programs.
