“I can succeed as a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner at Capital Group.”

As the Senior Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) on the Respectful Environment Advocacy Centralized Team (REACT), you will play an integral role across Capital Group in cultivating an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. You’ll work directly with senior management to resolve complex cases, curate training and resources, and leverage your expertise and aptitude in analytics to advance our employee relations philosophy while mitigating business risk.

As an impartial and objective subject matter expert, you’ll partner with HR Business Partners, Capital’s Legal Department, and leaders across the company’s various lines of business globally to address intricate employee relations matters as well as lead internal workplace investigations, ensuring consistent quality of results, timeliness of resolution, and an effective, supportive associate experience. In collaboration with Talent Development, you’ll help craft and manage employee relations resources for both Human Resources and business managers and work closely with the ER leadership to design, facilitate, and coordinate training sessions and discussion forums on performance management, coaching, and feedback. You will also champion the implementation of a new ER case-management system and drive its adoption across HR. Importantly, you will help with the design of an ER dashboard and have shared responsibility for reporting and analyzing metrics, proposing recommendations for enhancements to our approach, and prioritization of our efforts based on key insights. To thrive in this role, you’ve been responsible for Employee Relations previously and enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments where the quality of both process and results are paramount. You’ve participated in and/or led high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to manage through ambiguity, think strategically and situationally, and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.
