What You Will Do
- Coordinate marketing and sales–related educational events, both in-person and virtual.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful Medical Education programs.
- Develop a strong understanding of products, procedures, and the competitive landscape.
- Support curriculum design and contribute to the development of training and educational initiatives.
- Gather, track, and analyze data and feedback from educational activities to ensure continuous improvement.
- Understand and map customer profiles to tailor content and learning pathways effectively.
- Assist in managing budgets and ensuring alignment with internal and external branding guidelines.
- Communicate effectively across teams using appropriate internal and external communication tools and channels.
What you need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Medical Education, Marketing, Product Management, Training, or related areas.
- Professional experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors).
- Advanced Spanish proficiency.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred:
- Experience in the medical devices industry.
- Portuguese proficiency.
Travel Percentage: 70%
