Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure applications are tailored effectively, testing and refining features, and continuously improving system performance to support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application workflows and enhance system integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
- Strong knowledge of job scheduling and workload automation concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving scheduling issues in complex environments.
- Ability to configure and maintain ControlM components to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of enterprise application integration and batch processing workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
