Department Overview:
The Commercial National Accounts (CNA) team provides dedicated relationship coverage to the larger commercial clients across all industry sectors including asset-based lending and conventional cash flow structures. This client base is primarily designated by size of credit facilities being larger than $25 million and/or annual sales being greater than $150 million and include syndicated and bi-lateral transactions.
The group consists of senior banking professionals who combine specific industry knowledge and extensive deal structuring experience to offer a full suite of customized credit and cash management and payment solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients.
Job Description:
The DTM is the subject matter expert who possesses a strong understanding of payment and cash management products as well as deposit options. You are responsible for ensuring the needs of new and existing clients are proactively identified, negotiated and implemented. Repricing opportunities are promptly identified and addressed. The DTM is also responsible for growing their deposit portfolio and the number of cash management products utilized. The DTM works closely with the relationship management team on the acquisition of new clients and ensures they are adhering to the governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Le directeur ou la directrice, Gestion de trésorerie est l’expert qui possède une solide compréhension des produits de paiement et de gestion de trésorerie, ainsi que des options de dépôt. À ce titre, vous devez vous assurer que les besoins des clients nouveaux et actuels sont repérés et que des solutions sont négociées et mises en œuvre de façon proactive. Les occasions de révision de la tarification sont rapidement repérées et traitées. Vous êtes également responsable de la croissance du portefeuille de dépôts et du nombre de produits de gestion de trésorerie utilisés. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Gestion des relations-clients pour l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et vous vous assurez qu’ils respectent les règlements, les politiques et les procédures internes applicables.
