How you will create an impact

  • Assess and investigate Complex claims within his/her authority.
  • Able to provide a technical referral point of team members.
  • Able to advise key loss and wider trends to line of business
  • Support team performance per the required criteria and ensure best practice to use among the team
  • Ensure claims are accurately assessed and proactively reserved within agreed service levels
  • Provide effective resolution of claims level
  • Be accurate and consistent to control financial claims matter
  • Follow best practice on compliance matter with governance standards and regulatory requirements and minimize lost economic opportunity within claims segment
  • Be efficiency on communication to all relevant stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field. Insurance / Nurse experience would be an advantage
  • Good command of English skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation will be a plus
  • Possess of negotiation and good in interpersonal skills
