Job Description:
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related experience.
- Broad understanding of IT best practice and its application in a business environment.
- Proven record in provided second or third level support for core applications (Microsoft, MacOS) including performance monitoring and resolution of client performance issues.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise solution to manage Windows, iOS/iPadOS and MacOS endpoints including but not limited to SCCM, Intune, and JAMF Pro/Protect.
- Familiar with the basic syntax of Shell scripts, including variables, conditional statements, loops, functions, etc.
- Familiar with how to integrate and execute scripts in Jamf Pro, including using scripts in policies, creating custom scripts, etc.
- Write Shell scripts according to requirements and verify them in the test environment to ensure that the scripts can be executed correctly and achieve the expected results.
- Ability to follow change management procedures and processes.
- Readiness to work outside normal working hours during service windows and to provide On-Call cover for evenings and weekend.
- Ability to apply DevOps practices to organize operations and new capability delivery in a way that meets the Bank’s resilience requirements and innovation agenda.
- Keep an eye on new technologies and tools to learn how to apply these new technologies in accordance with Windows and Mac management.
- Ideally, vendor specific professional certification in Microsoft technologies and JAMF.
- Fluency in English, any other additional language is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in installing, configuring, and managing, Intune, SCCM (Co-Management) and JAMF systems.
- Familiarity with infrastructure including Windows Server, Azure Automation, Active Directory, and SQL Server, Group Policy Management, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access Policy, JAMF Protect, XML, JAMF composer, JAMF Pro Policies and Configuration etc.
- Knowledgeable in PowerShell, Shell scripting, or other automation tools.
