Job Mission
To assist the Marketing team with input into meaningful projects which contribute to continued growth across the AMagine portfolio. Within AMagine our team are responsible for gathering customer insights & strategic planning of next generation opportunity pipelines.
Key responsibilities:
• Complete gap analysis on marketing material and resources currently available across AMagine, and update as necessary.
• Support creation of required material and upload to relevant platforms.
• Research current processes utilized by the Marketing team, and identify one defined process to study, master and educate others on, while continually identifying areas of potential process improvement.
• Create and conduct customer perception and importance surveys to understand divisional customer needs and perspectives in relation to the AMagine portfolio.
• Define and profile main competitors across each value stream.
• Contribute to the creation of a world-class customer experience area within the AMagine institute.
• Other duties as required to support the company’s goals and marketing/sales objectives and initiatives.
