What you'll do...

The Access Management Engineering team is seeking a systems engineer who takes initiative and is motivated to deliver innovative solutions utilized by Walmart associates worldwide. You will work alongside a team of engineers to design, develop, and support our suite of access management products and processes.

What you'll do:

As a systems engineer, you will:

  • Develop new features and enhancements for our access management products
  • Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and goals
  • Write SQL queries and optimize query performance
  • Create test cases and scripts
  • Troubleshoot bugs and find opportunities for automation and simplification
  • Provide on-call support and assist with end user ticket requests
  • Communicate current status and blockers to team members and project management team



What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area OR 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, engineering, or a related area
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, *nix)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with IAM solutions or a cybersecurity background preferred
  • Experience developing in 1 or more languages preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $51,500.00-$100,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
