Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the business, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the technology landscape. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only effective but also scalable and sustainable for future growth. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them to your projects, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovative thinking.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Order Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing demand planning solutions.
- Proficient in data analysis and forecasting techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
