The People Partner is a key member of the HR team, responsible for implementing HR policies and programs while managing all aspects of employee relations. The role acts as a strategic and hands-on partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and engaging employee experience.

This position requires a high level of individual ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently lead HR initiatives and projects, while collaborating closely with local leadership, HR teams, and global teams.

Key Scope of the Role

  • Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, with a strong focus on open communication, support, and day-to-day people advisory
  • Support managers in building strong, engaged teams through coaching, mentoring, and development of leadership and people management skills
  • Design and deliver training and development initiatives tailored to business and employee needs
  • Lead and support people and engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and workplace culture
  • Provide individual support to employees and leaders, addressing concerns, feedback, and development needs with empathy and professionalism
  • Partner with managers on employee development conversations, performance growth, and career progression
  • Independently drive people-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with global and local HR stakeholders when needed (ex. pay transparency project)

Background & Experience

  • Proven experience in HR Generalist, People Partner, or HR Operations roles
  • Experience in independently leading HR initiatives and projects, from planning to delivery
  • Practical knowledge of Polish Labour Law
  • Good understanding of employment law principles across different geographies and strong cultural awareness
  • Strong ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting managers in people-related matters and decision-making
  • High level of empathy, active listening, and ability to build trust with employees and leaders
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in facilitating difficult or sensitive conversations
  • Strong people and business orientation, with understanding of organizational goals and context
  • Fluency in English (C1 level), written and spoken
