Job Description:

What You’ll Do

As the Lead Learning Solutions Implementation Specialist, you will ensure the successful implementation of consumer grade “white glove” learning experiences, performance strategies, and resources for enterprise training and development programs. Through partnering with Talent Development Program Managers and Operations Specialists, you will lead core operational processes including project management, on-site events and training delivery, vendor management, invoices and chargebacks, and reporting.  


How You’ll Do It

  • Responsible for managing professional development and leadership development program implementations. Sets the annual schedule, provides logistical support to execute course registration, leads training delivery, monitors enrollment, and organizes materials, equipment, and classrooms.  

  • Manages the contracting process for vendors. Partners with other groups to contract for training services and products. Trains others on the process. Negotiates with vendors and performs risk assessments. Identifies opportunities to improve the contracting processes and implements changes. Develops procedures, job aids, user guides, and templates to streamline processes, and improve job functions.  

  • Monitors metrics to ensure effective resource utilization and quality of external facilitators. Assess and monitors program utilization, tracking metrics, and provides program reports. Ensures a process is in place for monitoring external vendors.  

  • Manages the budget and chargeback processes for leadership development and professional development offerings. Leverages appropriate reporting and tracking to ensure break-even of the electing training budget.  

  • Facilitates the instructor certification and onboarding processes. Ensures basic instructor requirements are met and maintained 

  • Develops and manages marketing and communications plans.  

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration and Management, Communications or related 

  • 6+ years in Banking, payments, training coordination, communication, business analysis, business, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration and Management, Communications or related 

  • 8+ years in Banking, payments, training coordination, communication, business analysis, business, or related field 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to drive and manage work through others 

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment with multiple partners to achieve program goals

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
