Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Our growing team is looking for a Senior Product Designer!

About the role:

Are you passionate about design and digital innovation? Are you skilled at translating complex requirements into useful and delightful experiences? Do you keep on top of the latest trends in design and love experimenting with new tools and methodologies? We've got the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Senior Product Designer, you play a key role in evolving our digital ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Engagement team, that’s responsible for creating positive engagement with our clients. You'll work on native mobile applications across multiple brands.

What you’ll do here:

  • Crafting human-centered experiences that exceed user expectations and achieve business objectives; producing any CX/Design artifact required to propel projects forward.

  • Collaborate with the user research team to plan research activities;  ensuring we have the right insights to drive our design and product strategy.

  • Synthesize user data from multiple sources, translating research insights into actionable recommendations and creative design solutions.

  • Driving a roadmap alongside a product manager and a multidisciplinary agile team.

  • Collaborate with a wide range of roles from other designers, copywriters, researchers, product managers, data scientists, legal advisors and marketing specialists.

  • Create workshops to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

  • Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands, while advocating for improvements alongside the design community.

  • Generate final assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications.

  • Presenting work to executives and stakeholders. Develop compelling stories and visual elements to communicate ideas.

  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers and the product team, in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

  • Elevate the team’s design practices and methodologies, while being an advocate for user-centered, data-driven design.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of of relevant experience designing digital products that have been released in the market, with a proven track record of success.

  • Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements.

  • Ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently, with ambiguous scope.

  • Ability to present ideas to senior management.

  • Expertise in usability, user-centered design and design thinking practices.

  • Expertise in facilitation, design research, and strategy.

  • Mastery of design tools (Figma etc.)

  • Experience working with design systems and on native mobile applications.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
