**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Scaled Agile Delivery**
- Lead Scrum processes for 2-3 cross-functional teams, coordinating delivery rhythm under Agile Scrum or SAFe framework including Agile Release Trains
- Design and implement SAFe transformation roadmap covering PI Planning, cross-team dependency management, and risk synchronization
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to ensure alignment and transparency across multiple teams
- Collaborate with global product managers to optimize backlog prioritization in scaled agile environments
2. **Enterprise Agile Capability Development**
- Build SM competency framework including SAFe training, playbooks, and coaching certification paths
- Conduct quarterly agile maturity assessments to identify systemic improvements (e.g., DevOps pipeline optimization)
- Establish agile knowledge base and lead cross-project retrospectives with SAFe best practices
- Act as SAFe evangelist, reporting transformation progress to senior executives
3. **Team Enablement & Leadership**
- Provide 1:1 coaching to enhance SMs' facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Develop agile leadership programs to foster self-organizing, cross-functional team culture

**Qualifications**
- **Mandatory**:
- **Scaled Delivery**: Led ≥2 programs with 5+ agile teams, experienced in end-to-end PI Planning design
- **Technical Leadership**: Managed technical teams with understanding of CI/CD, cloud-native challenges
- **Bilingual**: Fluent English for global ceremonies and documentation
- **SAFe Expertise**: 3+ years hands-on SAFe 5.0+ implementation, certified SAFe Agilist/Scrum Master
- **Soft Skills**:
- **Systems Thinking**: Balance tactical delivery with strategic capability building
- **Change Agent**: Drive improvements through data (flow efficiency, cycle time analysis)
- **Cross-cultural Navigation**: Consensus-building in matrixed global organizations
- **Preferred**:
- Insurance core systems (Policy, Claims) or FinTech delivery experience
- Agile toolchain integration (Jira Align, Azure DevOps scaling)
- Active participation in agile communities (Scrum Alliance, etc.)
