Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing team in executing customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

  • Design, draft, and execute campaigns within the CRM platform, including A/B testing and optimization.

  • Develop and manage campaign segmentation, customer journey workflows, and multi-channel deployments (email, push notifications, Whatsapps, etc.) in the CRM platform.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform, ensuring smooth campaign execution.

  • Maintain data accuracy and perform regular checks on customer segmentation in the CRM platform.

  • Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Creative, and Data, to ensure timely campaign launches.

  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar for rewards and CRM campaigns across all relevant channels.

  • Provide internal teams with support on CRM platform functionalities, including training on best practices and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 to 4 years of similar experiences in CRM / Lifecycle/ Marketing automation or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) and campaign management platforms.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or Power BI.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
