Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing team in executing customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
Design, draft, and execute campaigns within the CRM platform, including A/B testing and optimization.
Develop and manage campaign segmentation, customer journey workflows, and multi-channel deployments (email, push notifications, Whatsapps, etc.) in the CRM platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
Maintain data accuracy and perform regular checks on customer segmentation in the CRM platform.
Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Creative, and Data, to ensure timely campaign launches.
Manage and maintain the marketing calendar for rewards and CRM campaigns across all relevant channels.
Provide internal teams with support on CRM platform functionalities, including training on best practices and troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 to 4 years of similar experiences in CRM / Lifecycle/ Marketing automation or similar role.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) and campaign management platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or Power BI.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
