What you’ll own as –  Service Delivery Analyst

• To be derived from standard job responsibilities and customized as needed. (Must be precise)
• Strong knowledge of debugging the production issues at deep level.
• Ability to interact with Operations, Development and Business team.
• Ability to work for code release and application maintenance.
• Create and maintain internal support and operational documentation.
• Ownership quality to investigate and provide RCA for any production issue.
• Ready to work in 24*7 shift.

What you bring

• Minimum 3-6 years’ experience required with Strong knowledge of relational database SQL/PLSQL and Linux/UNIX commands & scripting.
• Strong knowledge of reviewing/troubleshooting java code to determine the issues at deep level.
• Strong in analytical and operational thinking.
• Experience in Splunk tool.
• Experience in ServiceNow with Incident, Change, Problem, Research Request and knowledge management.

Team is handling and Providing L2 level support of critical payment systems in Production environment. Team is working in 24*7 support shift and 10-12 members are there in team. Team works with Development, Onsite SMEs and communicate with RMs and Business team.
