  • Engage directly and regularly with portfolio managers, traders, risk managers, and compliance officers to surface pain points, gather requirements, and validate solutions

  • Act as the escalation point for Aladdin-related production issues, coordinating resolution across engineering, operations, and BlackRock support

  • Manage the day-to-day BlackRock client relationship, including service reviews, enhancement requests, licensing discussions, and SLA accountability

  • Maintain a living Aladdin knowledge base covering configurations, integrations, known issues, and operational runbooks

  • Partner with the engineering team through the full DevOps/Agile delivery cycle — writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, participating in sprint reviews, and managing release deployments

  • Coordinate UAT, parallel runs, and cutover planning for Aladdin enhancements and new module implementations

  • Prioritize and track the Aladdin enhancement backlog with BlackRock's client management team, advocating for features that align with Neuberger's investment platform strategy

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in product management, business analysis, or solution design within financial services

  • Deep, hands-on technical experience with BlackRock Aladdin OMS, risk analytics, compliance, and portfolio management modules

  • Experience with Order Management Systems (Perform) and Research Management Systems (Verity, Everest) is a strong plus

  • Strong understanding of investment workflows - trade lifecycle, portfolio construction, performance attribution, risk monitoring

  • Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake; Python a plus; comfort working with APIs and data pipelines

  • Solid grasp of Agile/DevOps delivery — user stories, sprint planning, CI/CD awareness

  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa

  • Exposure to GenAI applications in Asset Management
