Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the business, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the technology landscape. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you design are not only effective but also scalable and sustainable for future needs. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and creative thinking to drive projects forward and deliver exceptional results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce. - Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with application development and deployment in a cloud environment. - Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Sterling Commerce. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
