What you will be doing
Creates reports for management related to spend, projects, saves, contracts, revenue and related supply chain data and metrics.
Develops enhanced reporting & analytics capabilities via optimized use of advanced tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
Supports rate audit & recovery process through enhanced analysis & automation.
Establishes reporting format and processes related to the Supplier Chain functions.
Provides insights into data/processes for management reporting and decision making.
Creates and manages formal project and communication plans.
Supports systems integration across multiple platforms, both internal and external, including the decommission of an existing platform and implementation of new platforms, including data migration.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
Complete understanding of supply chain or procurement principles. Generally, is responsible for multiple vendors of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge. Coaches and mentor’s junior technical staff. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires six or more years demonstrated related experience.
Exceptional skill in MS Office applications, including XLS and PPT
Knowledge of database applications including Power BI, Access, SQL and Tableau.
Knowledge of supply chain functions and procedures – procurement and AP
Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
Proficiently manage multiple and competing priorities effectively
Understanding of financial technology tools / systems (eg. - Oracle)
Ability to utilize reporting and analytical tools for management and dashboard reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines.
Proficiency to operate independently
